For me, the best part about walking around the historic neighborhood of Intramuros in Manila wasn’t the old, crumbling architecture, Spanish gates, the fort or the beautiful cathedral. I loved the neighboring, back streets, which I accidentally stumbled into trying to find a cab out of the Intramuros neighborhood. My knack for getting lost prevails again!

If you are looking to see a bit of local life, head to the corner of Sta Potenciana and Magallanes. Then walk down the alleys in what feels like the “wrong” direction for a cab. I get lost often. It’s rarely on purpose, but I’ll still take the credit for finding this awesome little slice of the world.
nice photos love! im glad you found a part of the city you can enjoy.
